Utah Lake

For Erin's Birthday we went boating on Utah lake with Jason's boat. She loved it. In fact at the end of the day we had a hard time getting her to get out of the boat.


She had a favorite seat at the back of the boat. She loved it when we would go fast and the water would spray her.

I was teasing Jason telling him he needed to name his boat. Thanks for the fun day Jason. We need to go again!

This was the cutest thing of the whole day....Kenzie in a life vest. She absolutely hated it! I think she thought we were just trying it on, and we would take it off.

Then we got down to the business of water skiing. B was first. He hit a log and cut his foot, right from the get go.

Then the Pro (Jason) showed us how to do it right

We were hoping that Erin would do the 2 man tube....but she refused, she just wanted to stay in the boat and watch everyone else. So B, Mandy, & Kai gave it a shot.

Bruce gave it a try...but was a little out of practice.

Then it was time to jump in and swim, "Catch me G-pa, here I come"

Then Kai decided that he wanted to try sking too.....so he jumped up on the board....and....

....told Jason to "Hit It"!

Erin had a wonderful day she loved riding on the boat and watching everyone water ski. Next time we need to try and coax her to get in and try the two man tube, or just get in the water and swim around.
