Hmmmm,   Just Lucky or bad timing?

 A week  ago we stopped in at Crown Burger to grab dinner before heading out to see yard lights.  It just happened to be the night that the U of U Football team was also there.  The place was packed.  We happened to arrive just as they were starting to arrive,  so we didn't realize it would be the WHOLE team.

Including Coach Whittingham, and other coaches, which by the way was very busy going from table to table to say Hi to all his players and their families.  My pictures are grainy because everyone was always moving.  I was to afraid to ask them to stop and pose.  FYI  they are a very nice polite bunch of men!

Temple Lights

Loved going to Temple Square and seeing all the lights,  alway so beautiful!  This year Umbrellas were needed.  We had three but a gust of wind destroyed one, so Nine of us shared two.

I Think they Made a Mistake...

 Headed to St. George,  last week.  The Hotel we stayed in gave us a room that was Awesome!

 It was Huge, and Awesome!

 The Bathroom alone was 3 times the size of our one at Home.
and it was Awesome!

The View was also Awesome!  you could see all the way to the St George Temple!

I need to remember the room number, so we can go back, and stay again, because it was ........yes  "AWESOME"

Cute Necklace

At least thats what Erin calls it.  One of Bruce's Lineman received an award at city council.  The Lineman's Mom made him this flower Lei.  It's tradition to then turn around and give it to your Boss. That's how Erin came in possession of the "Cute Necklace"

Putting up the Christmas Lights!

I'm glad someone is always willing to do it.

Stopped in Cedar City

and drove by the Cedar City Temple

It is nearing completion, and so beautiful.

I love to stop and look at Temples when we are out of town.
It just gives me such a peaceful feeling,  and is so awe inspiring!

IPSA Linemans Rodeo

 The  IPSA Linemans Rodeo was held in St George,  This is the Trophy.

 It was held at the Dixie Sunbowl Rodeo Grounds.

 It was Awesome watching the Teams Compete.

 They all worked really well together,  they had 2 guys on the Pole and one guy on the ground.

They hoysted  this Huge Flag with two Bucket Trucks in the middle of the Stadium.  St George & Dixie Power did an Amazing job of putting the Rodeo together.

I Think I would Rather.....

Mow my Leaves instead of Raking Them!

Got To Love Her

 Mia is such a good dog,  I love to call her "Mia Puppy" even though she is not really a puppy anymore.

 I love that her tail goes straight up when she is in "Guard Dog" mode.  Whenever she is out side she seems to be on High Alert and on the look out for any intruders in the yard.

Mia's least favorite activity is....Going to the Groomers.  But she always looks so cute when she is done.

A Visit to a Mining Town

 Made our way to Miners Park on one of our 4 wheeling trips.

 A lot of the old structures are still standing.

 of course there are "No Trespassing" signs everywhere.

 They moved some of the Mining things to a clearing, so visitors can walk through and get a feel for what a mining camp looks like.

 Right down to the cabin, and out house.  

 you can even look inside the cabin, to see how it was set up.

I loved how old everything was and how authentic it looked.  I'm glad we took time to go find the Mining Camp it was so worth it.

Marysvale and the Piaute Trail

 Had an Awesome time wrapping up camping for the year in Marysvale, Utah











The Fall colors where absolutely Beautiful.

 Every trail we went on was full of color. I spent more time taking pictures than riding.

 The trails were pretty easy,  only had a few "White Knuckle" moments.

 The closer we got to the top, the rain seemed to get worse,  so out came some rain poncho's.

And of course "Bambi" was out and about,  she even posed for me, no smile though.  she was just curious who was making all that noise on her mountain.

Golfing with Erin

She Loves riding in the Cart,  but she also loves playing golf too.  I Love that she uses both Hands.

She can even get it in the hole every once in awhile.

Just Love this golfing Buddy of mine,  and yes she still likes to go "way fast" in the Golf Cart!

Mr Africa

   Jason got to travel to Africa,  for an African Safari!  Selfies with an Elephant!

 A Hippo decided to wander into camp one night.

 They stayed in some awesome Airbnb's

 Ate some interesting Food.

And hung out at the beach with some Penguins.

When he shares more pictures of his trip,  so will I  

Here Come The Colors!

 Took a ride up American fork Canyon.

 And over into Cascade Springs

 The Canyon was a lot more colorful than it was back in June.

 As always the scenery was Beautiful!

I Love Autumn and all the Fall Colors,  Going for Drives in Utah 
is the absolute BEST, especially this time of Year!
