The Wrestler "Kai the Bear Turner"

I just love this cute little face, he has the cutest personality, and he is a non-stop talker. He is also not afraid to tell you how it is, he has an opinion about most everything!

But behind this cute smile is a future wrestler. And boy does he have moves. He even takes on opponents way bigger than him!

His first opponent is dear old Dad....notice his confident smile

When he has dad conquered he moves on to Mom, wrapping them both up for a take down.

Then its on to grandpa Bruce, where he shows no mercy!

And finally he has grandpa pinned and he is the winner.

I think I need a vacation.....No "I know I need a Vacation!

I needed to go to the High School to pick up Erin today..she fell and was bleeding and didn't want to take the bus home. When I got there...NO one knew where she was. The Seminary said "she got on the bus". The Bus said "no she is not on the bus she is in the office" The office said "We have no idea where she is" Needless to say...I was a total Basket Case. Getting very frustrated with "Whoever" I came in contact with. Running around the High School checking the attendance office, counselors office, bathrooms.....oblivious to them paging me on the intercom, or calling my phone. it didn't help that the bell rang and the halls were FULL of students! I honestly think I was in a full blown panic attack. You can throw alot of things at me....but never ever ever...tell me you don't know where my daughter is!
A long story short....she was waiting over by the gym doors with a seminary teacher. Waiting for her "Mom" to pick her up. Standing there laughing and kidding around with other students. While her mother (who is usually calm) is coming unglued at the hinges!

Thats why "I Need A Vacation"

I Remember When.....

The only way Erin would go to sleep when she was younger was if she could lay with you on the couch. I think it comes from when she was born and we were always holding her. I'm not even sure why we bought a crib. She hardely ever slept in it. She is still the same today.
Her favorite person to lay on the couch with is her Dad, I guess he has just the right amount of cushion. For some reason Bruce always seems to fall asleep with her.
This picture was a few years ago. She is now 18 and every night she drags a pillow and blanket out so she can lay with Dad on the couch. I just Love this girl.

"I had children .....so I can have them DO all the STUFF I don't want to do"!

Where is Spring?

I cant' wait for Spring to get here....because right after that is summer!!
I have the hardest time getting through January & February....they are such gloomy months. I love the snow, just not when it's melting! Instead of all the snow I would rather......

Banana Splits....

My Mom had a tradition for New Years. Whenever the grandkids slept over at her house...she would tell them that if they could stay up till 12:00, they could make a banana split. I decided that this would be a great tradition to carry on with. With one exception.....You didn't have to stay up till midnight to make it, you could have it anytime on New Years Eve that you wanted. And thats just what we did, right down to the whip cream, and the cherry on top! Brandon, Mandy and Mckai stopped by so they got to make one too.
