Back to School

Erin started back to the MAT program with the Murray District. She is very excited to go. They have a lot of Fun things planned this year. She will be taking an Institute class, going to the Library, the LAC, she will be an office aide too. We also got her a cell phone. She is pretty funny about it, she keeps it in her back pack and never takes it out. I'm glad she loves going. And I want her to have a Great year.

The Back Field

Once again we are going to tackle the back field. We (Bruce mostly) are going to chip most of it and put it in a dumpster.

Then get a back hoe and pull up all the fence posts. And any stumps that won't go thru the chipper.

And then We (Bruce again) will try and level the ground out. Good thing it is a 3 day weekend. I'm pretty sure we will need all 3 days.

If we are lucky we can wrangle 1 or 2 of our boys to help. Thats usually not very hard if you promise to feed them!

P.S. Feel free to come help, we are not picky, and you might even get a snack or a drink out of it. :)

Trees

This is what happens when ya get in a fight with a Russian Olive Tree!

The Red Line on Trax

Erin will be going back to school next week, so we decided to take a ride on trax to get her ready to start riding it again.

She is really excited about getting back to school.

We decided to do the red line out to daybreak and then up to the University.

We were lucky that it wasn't busy at all.

Erin loved it, I think she could have rode all night long.`

Boating

We headed boating for Erin's Birthday last Saturday. It was a great day for boating.

kenz is ready for some boating, we waited till the last minute to put on her life jacket, because of what happened last year.

We worried for nothing, she didn't mind wearing it at all.

Kai kept wanting to go faster, and he really liked it.....until they fell off and he swallowed half the lake.

Jason taking a turn on the knee board, I think he has had alot more practice than the rest of us, unfortunately Bruce, Brandon, and I couldn't do anything because of all the surgeries, so we got to watch.
